Solo traveler highly recommended

I was in Florence for 3 nights and the location was seriously unbeatable. I could just step out and within minutes be at the Duomo or Palazzo Medici, it was like being in the middle of the action. When I had a small issue with my room, they switched me to a different one right away, no hassle. This kind of service really shows they care about guests.

Fantastic location with great facilities

The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the Duomo and surrounded by incredible dining options. The self check-in process was smooth, even when we arrived late, and the owner was super responsive to our needs. The room was clean and offered a nice street view, but the Wi-Fi could be stronger.

The cleaning staff was exceptional, even folding clothes daily without being asked. The location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions along with various restaurants and shops nearby. However, limited reception hours and the absence of a working lift during part of my stay made logistics a bit challenging. While the shared kitchen was a nice touch with assorted fruits, the check-in process could be frustrating at times due to the lack of on-site staff. Overall, it's a great place for location but could improve on service aspects.

great facilities

Centro is in a fantastic location. It's just a short walk to the duomo and surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops. Don't miss La Gelatteria for the best gelato! The hotel has excellent facilities, and the self check-in process was super easy, even when we arrived late. Plus, the owner was super responsive when we had an issue with a door.
